Engagement Pathways
Envoy currently offers two pathways to engage with the Navigator platform.
The first is the Fair Chance Implementation Series, a cohort-based program for employersdesigned to provide practical guidance and peer-to-peer learning. Participants in this Series are human resource and talent leaders from companies looking to broaden their candidate pipelines and expand opportunities for candidates with past convictions.
The second is the Fair Chance Advisor Series, a hands-on program that equips employer-facing teams with the knowlelge and tools to help companies modernize their recruiting and hiring strategies. Participants in the Advisor Series are employer-facing staff at workforce boards, business associations, or training & job placement organizations.

About the Navigator
The Fair Chance Navigator was built by Envoy after nearly a decade of consulting with small and large employers on Fair Chance strategy, including companies such as Union Pacific, Microsoft, JPMorgan Chase, and Xylem. Its content is dynamic and evolving based on policy updates and industry best practices
